Cortical (re)organization after intervention

Children with unilateral Cerebral Palsy are trained for several weeks during intensive intervention programs to increase the quantity and quality of their affected hand. Within this project we measure the EEG before and after intervention programs to evaluate how the intervention has influenced the cortical activity accompanying the use of the affected hand. By mapping EEG changes before and after intervention we aim to optimize intervention strategies at the level of the individual child in the future.
